Do lines need to be connected to my business physically?

No, the beauty of VoIP is that the lines are connected to your account and do not need to be physically connected to a specific location.

 

Wherever you log in to your account is where your line is connected. Remember with every VoIP account we give you unlimited "lines", so just add as many "Users" as you want and each person can make and receive unlimited amounts of calls.
